In this article, we'll be covering what the tabs at the top of the Schedule View help you accomplish.
Avaros Logo: selecting the “Avaros” logo will take you to Avaros’ support page. You can submit tickets, questions and feature requests directly to us we’ll get right on it.
Schedule: The schedule tab will bring you back to the schedule. If you were in another view, simply click on it to return to the appointment schedule.
Caseload: The caseload tab shows you a sort-able patient list of key indicators based on program provider roster status and illness.
Resource Tab: This will direct you right to the OSCAR manual resource page.
Search: Selecting search take you to a page where you can search the database for a specific patient’s Master Demographic record by Name, Phone, DOB, Address, HIN, Chart No or Demographic No.

Report: This tab gives you access to various common reports used in a medical office such as “Active Patient List”, “Day Sheet”, “All Appointments”, “Bad Appointment Sheet”, “Patient Chart List”, and “No Show Appointment List”.

Billing: The billing tab is where a report for “Billed” or “Unbilled” appointments can be created.

Inbox: The Inbox tab is where you can see all new lab reports and documents. It turns red with a superscript of the number of new documents and reports. Once you have read a lab, you can click "Acknowledge" to remove the lab from the list, and in turn this decreases the superscript count. The acknowledged labs can still be viewed from the patients chart.

Msg: OSCARmsg is a secure messaging system within the intranet of the OSCAR clinic and between OSCAR clinic sites. OSCARmsg is encrypted and can be linked to a patient’s chart.

Con: Short for “Consultation”, the “Con” tab is where you can follow up on consultation requests.

ConReport: This reports consultations by status, internal provider, demographic and date.
Preference: In “Preferences”, you can customize Oscar to your liking. For example, you can change the time increments in the schedule view.

eDoc: This is where you can upload, store and access documents you’d like to print or attach to a patient’s chart.

Tickler: Tickler is a reminder system. It could be used to remind staff to call or book a patient for a ‘repeat procedure’, to follow up on unpaid bills or any other important reminders.

Admin: This opens this “Administration Panel”, where you can add providers, manage e-forms, set the schedule, and do other administrative changes. This tab is available for users who have admin access.
